1. Commitment

MoniSa aims to make the portal usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoom and common assistive technologies. Public legal pages use semantic headings, visible focus, labelled navigation, responsive layouts and readable contrast. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product requirement, not a certification claim.

2. Known limits

Some legacy registration and authenticated workflows use older components and may not yet meet every WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion. MoniSa is prioritising form labels, keyboard operation, focus order, validation messages, document accessibility and 200% zoom behaviour.

3. Get help

If a barrier prevents you from registering or completing work, email portal@monisaenterprise.com with the page, task, assistive technology and preferred format. Do not include a password. We will provide a reasonable alternative and use the report to improve the portal.
